SMS notifications for Delivery Associates
Winter Express Logistics LLC operates an optional SMS (text message) notification service for active Delivery Associates. The program is limited to current employees and exists to keep DAs informed about work-related changes and operational events at our Knoxville station.
Messages sent through the program may include:
- Schedule changes and shift reminders
- Attendance and punctuality notifications
- Station-closure or operational-disruption alerts
- Safety alerts, uniform requirements, and delivery instructions
- Scorecard updates and other important company announcements
Opt-in. Participation is voluntary. After they begin employment, Delivery Associates affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages through the Driver Card portal — an internal page where the DA enters their own mobile number and explicitly opts in. We do not add numbers without consent and we do not collect numbers from the public.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out has no effect on your employment.

Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier for details. Mobile numbers and SMS data are used only for the purposes described here and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
